Werkraum Design Architecture was awarded first prize in the competition for a new school campus in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg. The project was developed in collaboration with Witry & Witry Architecture Urbanisme, a Luxembourg-based architecture and urbanism practice.
The 5,000 m² complex brings together a school, kindergarten, nursery, and gymnasium on a single site. In response to the neighboring senior living facility, the design features an expansive green area and an artificial lake, serving as a unifying space that connects the school with the senior community.
