The apartment interior is defined by a quiet tension between warm and dark. Oak-paneled walls and herringbone parquet sit against black metal frames, deep charcoal cabinetry, and a graphic checkerboard kitchen floor. The palette is deliberately restrained, allowing carefully selected artworks and furnishings to carry the character of each space.
A glass partition with black steel framing separates the kitchen from the living and dining area without closing it off, preserving a sense of spatial continuity. Integrated cove lighting behind the oak panels adds depth and warmth throughout. The result is an interior that feels composed rather than decorated.
